Managing Subscriptions - Student Ministry

Below are the instructions on how to:

A. Add new subscribers to your email list
B. Send an email to your subscribers. More advanced instructions can be found here.


Add a New Subscriber

1. Click "Communications"

2. Click "Publications"

3. Click your publication/subscription list

4. Click "Subscribers"

5. Click "New Subscription"

6. Add the new contact to your subscription list

7. Click "Save"

Messaging Your Subscribers

8. Click "General"

9. Click "Actions"

10. Click "Message"

11. Click "Insert"

12. Click "Templates"

13. Click "Contact Fields Templates"

14. Select your "Student Ministry Email Template - [CAMPUS]"

15. Add a subject line

Alert: You have to add a subject line AFTER you insert the template, or the template will overwrite whatever you put in.

16. Click Send
