Participant Opportunity Reponse from Form Responses
GOAL: Add Responses based on Form Response Answers to specific Form Fields through Form Responses.
CRITERIA: Responses will be created for Form Responses when:
The Form_Response is not assigned to the Default Contact
Assigned to the Form_Response there is a Form_Response_Answer assigned to a Form_Field that is configured to create a Response
A Response does not already exist for the Contact that was created from the same Form_Response_Answer
The Form Response was submitted in the last 90 days
RESPONSE RECORD CREATION:
When Response records are created the fields will be populated as follows:
Contact - Contact of the Form Response
Response_Type - As configured in the Form Field settings
Response_Date - Form Response Response Date
Comments - Form Response Answer text
Domain_ID = DomainID of the Form Response
TO SET UP:
For each Form Response Answer that needs to trigger Response creation take these steps:
On the Form Builder page, edit the desired Form
For the relevant Form Field, configure it to create a Response
Set the Response Type that should be created

ROUTINE DETAILS:
A nightly routine will create Responses for any Form_Response_Answers that have been submitted in the last 90 days and meet the criteria of the Form Field.
