Securing High Profile Contact Records

We have some attendees of North Way that have a larger public image and require an additional level of privacy related to their contact information. These individuals can be athletes, politicians, NW leadership, etc.

To minimize who has access to their contact info, we can "secure" their record. This will make their contact information restricted to an approved list of MP users.

A limited number of staff have the ability to add/remove the security features. If you see a record that you think might require more restricted access, please contact MP Support.

Securing a Record

*Only Contact and Household records can be secured at this time. If additional records need secured, please contact MP Support

  1. Search for and open the record to be secured.
  2. Click Actions ⇒ Secure
  3. In the pop up window, Select "Allow NOBODY except..."
  4. Select the user group "High Profile Contact Access"
  5. Press Secure

Grant Access to Secured Records

*Only director level and above are given access to secure records.

  1. Add user to the "High Profile Contact Access" user group.
