Unsubscribe Requests

There are a variety of ways for people to manage their own email subscriptions. Sometimes, people will request it in person or via email and we have to make those changes in MP ourselves.

To unsubscribe someone from a publication:

1. Look up their contact using their email and open it

2. View the Subscriptions tab

3. Select the publication they wish to be removed from

4. Edit Record and set Unsubscribed = Yes

5. Press Save
