Run Campus Activity Report
After you have completed entering Connect Cards for all new guests, run a Campus Activity Report.
1. Click "Contacts"
2. Click "Reports"
3. Click "NWCC OLD Campus Activity Report"
Tip: You are welcome to view the NEW version if you prefer to use that
4. Enter the date range you want to see. Typically this report is run on Tuesday for the campus staff meeting, so the date would be from the Sunday 2 days prior until today. Or you can run it from one full week ago or when you know data was entered and not yet viewed
5. Select your campus
6. Click "View Report".
7. In the example above you can see there are 11 pages of results. Click the disc icon to export the report to an excel document.
From that excel document, you can assign specific follow ups by staff members or manipulate the spreadsheet however it is best for your staff team to interpret the new guest info and complete follow ups. This data could even be pasted into a shared google spreadsheet where all campus staff make edits upon their follow up calls.
