New Campus Activity Report — What It Shows

This report lists people from your campus who had some kind of recent, meaningful interaction with the church. It's meant to help staff spot activity worth a personal follow-up — a new family, a completed step of faith, feedback that was submitted, and so on.

A person shows up on the list if, during the selected date range, they:

• Submitted feedback through the church
• Signed up or responded to a serving/ministry opportunity
• Completed a milestone (like baptism, salvation, or a next-steps class)
• Are part of a household that's brand new to the church
• Had a note logged from a personal contact (a call, visit, or conversation with staff)

Someone can appear more than once if multiple things happened to them in the same time window.

For each person, the report shows:

• Name and age
• Email and mobile phone
• Home address
• The week the activity happened
• What kind of activity it was (feedback, opportunity, milestone, new household, or contact note)
• A short title/summary of that activity
• Any notes or description tied to it
• Tasks — every task connected to that person in MinistryPlatform, showing whether each is Open or Complete and who it's assigned to

Clicking through to MinistryPlatform:

• Click a person's name to open their record in MP
• Click the Tasks line to go to the Tasks page in MP

The list is sorted with the most recent activity first, then by age and name.

Campus Back Door Report — a list of households that used to show up and then quietly stopped.

What you give it: a campus, and two windows (both default to 180 days).

What it looks at: the Activity Log — every recorded touchpoint for anyone in the household (attendance, giving, group participation, and so on). It ignores MP's own bookkeeping entries like "Participant Start Date" and the Past/Current status rollups, since those aren't real signs of life.

Who makes the list: an active household at that campus with an adult participant, where —

• nobody in the household has any activity in the last 180 days, and
• somebody did have activity in the 180 days before that.

So: engaged a year ago, silent since. Households that were never engaged don't appear, because the second test requires prior activity. And it's the whole household — one kid still checking in keeps the family off the list.

What you get: one row per household —

Activity Score is simply how many logged touchpoints that household had during the earlier window. It's your triage column — a household that scored 40 and vanished was deeply connected; a household that scored 2 was barely there. Sort by it and start at the top.
