PastorApp - Contacts

The Contacts page is will be the most used page in the entire app. This is where you find each contact and all the details related to them.

Search

Search for contacts using their first name, last name, or both.

Contact Info

Detailed information about the contact will be displayed along with the ability to easily email, call, text, or map out directions.

Available info:

• Personal Info
• Family Members
• Milestones
• Group Memberships
  • Small Groups
  • Ministry Teams
  • Group Leadership

AI Summary

The AI summary will look at all the info on the page and make a quick summary of the person. As with an AI, this generated info can contain mistakes. Especially in the beginning deployment of PastorApp, please quickly scan the rest of the info to quickly validate the summary.

Private Notes

These are private notes that will be associated with this contact. They are only visible to you and are searchable through the My Notes page. Any kind of text information can be save here like hobbies, occupation, ways you remember this contact, etc.

Contact Logs

Contact logs exist in MP as a way to track who, when, and what kind of contact NW has had with someone. This is especially useful for new visitors to NW.

Open in MP

At the bottom of the page is a button named "Open in MP" This will open a new browser tab and take you directly to the contact page in MP. This the best way to make edits to the contact info.
