Rooted Metrics

Ever wonder about the criteria for the Rooted metrics?  Let's find out together!

For each individual data pull, here are the criteria used to pull the data and a link to the SQL that pulls the data.  You may not have permission to view the SQL.

Baptisms

  1. Milestone = Baptism ( Milestone_ID=3 )
  2. Milestone Date Accomplished in date range requested
  3. Congregation in active Congregations ( Congregation_ID in 1, 4, 5, 11, 13, 14, 16 )

Groups and Participants

  1. Group Participant End Date is Blank OR End Date is in date range requested
  2. Group Focus is Small Group, Focus Group, or Rooted ( Group_Focus_ID in 1, 5, 6 )
  3. Congregation in active Congregations ( Congregation_ID in 1, 4, 5, 11, 13, 14, 16 )

NOTE:  If a participant (Display_Name) is in multiple groups in the same focus, they will only appear once per focus per group.

Group Counts and Unique Contact Counts

  1. Group Participant End Date is Blank OR End Date is in date range requested
  2. Group Focus is Small Group, Focus Group, or Rooted ( Group_Focus_ID in 1, 5, 6 )
  3. Congregation in active Congregations ( Congregation_ID in 1, 4, 5, 11, 13, 14, 16 )
