Automations and Data Validation

Ever wonder what happens automatically behind the scenes?  Here are some automations that keep our data clean and up to date.

Ministry Platform

• Geocoding
  • This gives each address a longitude and latitude that we can use to map out locations
• Drive Times
  • This will give drive times based on their geocoded location to their campus location.

PCO Connect

• Downloads PCO People, Teams, and Schedules
• Allows mapping of MP Contacts to PCO People and recording their activity in MP

Custom

Audit logs will be recorded with user named Overwatch

Hourly

• Freedom Prayer ( under development )
  • This will look for new Freedom Prayer requests and setup the proper notifications and PCO service events

Overnight

• Task Takeover
  • This will reassign tasks to another user.  Useful for staff departures, maternity/paternity leave, and sabbaticals
• Minor Child to Adult Child
  • This will change the household role for children once they turn 18 from Minor Child to Adult Child
• Push background check updates to PCO
  • When a background check is updated in MP, PCO's background check will be updated
• Data Validation 
  • This will validate certain data points and create MP Tasks to notify primary contact that it needs fixed.

Other

• MP Outlook Room Reservation Sync - every 5 minutes
  • This automation will sync room reservations made in MP and Outlook for specific rooms.

• Public event with registration but no online product
