Automations and Data Validation

Ever wonder what happens automatically behind the scenes? Here are some automations that keep our data clean and up to date.

Geocoding
- This gives each address a longitude and latitude that we can use to map out locations
Drive Times
- This will give drive times based on their geocoded location to their campus location.

These data scripts were developed by NW staff. Audit logs will be recorded with user named Overwatch

Freedom Prayer
- This will look for new Freedom Prayer requests and setup the proper notifications and PCO service events

Task Takeover
- This will reassign tasks to another user. Useful for staff departures, maternity/paternity leave, and sabbaticals
Minor Child to Adult Child
- This will change the household role for children once they turn 18 from Minor Child to Adult Child
Move 21 year old Adult Child to new households
- This create will make a copy of the existing household and address record and move 21 year old into it as head of household
Push background check updates to PCO ( under development )
- When a background check is updated in MP, PCO's background check will be updated
Mobile Phone formatting
- Modify the mobile phone field to use format XXX-XXX-XXXX
Data Validation
- This will validate certain data points and create MP Tasks to notify primary contact that it needs fixed.

Background Checks / Ministry Secure Team Group Roles
- For Ministry Secure teams, a background check is required to server
- This will check the group roles all require background checks and if not change it to Team Member Secure
- If Under 18, changes to Student secure group role
- If no Under 18 background check exists, will create one using 18th birthday as expiration
- Set All Clear = False for all background check types when the first background check expires

MP Outlook Room Reservation Sync - every 5 minutes
- This automation will sync room reservations made in MP and Outlook for specific rooms.
