Background Check Notifications
Background checks in MP have been upgraded to be group role specific. Please verify that your group members have the proper group role so that their background check requirement is properly reported. If a group member does more than one role, give them the role with the highest level of requirements.
To receive notifications:
1. Go to your volunteer group in MP
2. Change the drop down from “Current Participants” to one of the Background Check views
3. To setup an email notification, click “Actions” => “Notifications”
4. Set your delivery schedule at the bottom, leave everything else as is and press Save
