NWCC Back Door Report
The NWCC Back Door Report is a useful tool to look at the engagement of your congregation. Read below to learn how to access and interpret the report:
Accessing the Report
1. On the Contacts page of MP, click on the Reports button on the top right under your profile picture and select NWCC CampusBackDoor Report.
2. In the pop-up window, select your campus
3. For Inactivity Day Count, input the number of days of inactivity you want to see relative to the current date.
Example: To see everyone who has no activity in the last 3 months, input “90”
4. For Prior Activity Day Count, input the number of days PRIOR to your Inactivity Day Count that you want to look at activity for.
Example: If you want to see how active the people from Step 3 were in the 6 months PRIOR to their 3 month period of no activity, input “180”.
Viewing The Report
The report will display households that meet the inactivity parameters you set when opening the report, and list the contact information for any Heads of Households. On the right you will see the Prior Activity Score. This score is calculated by looking at how many activity “occurrences” we have on record for a household. Activity types include:
Donation Records
Event Registration and Attendance
Giving Pledges
Prayer Requests (aka “Feedback” in MP)
Care Cases
Milestones (Rooted, Baptism, etc.)
Form Responses (MP Forms ONLY, not website forms)
Opportunity Responses
Group Inquiries
This report does not consider group activity when calculating engagement. Someone may appear on the report that is currently active in a small/rooted/serving group in MP.
When you see a HIGH score, that means the person used to be VERY involved prior to dropping off. These people should be investigated to determine what led to them disengaging, and more information can be found in the family's Household Activity Log (viewing permissions may vary)
A LOW number means that the person was not very involved prior, and likely never got plugged in to begin with. Use the discretion of the campus staff when deciding to investigate.
